The install involved cloning the original ssd to the new ssd via a cloning kit and running software to do so.
I followed the instructions provided and installed the software as a free trial. This was a bit complicated as the instructions were not current, but I got there. The cloning was completed but when the new ssd was installed my hp probook 450 g5 would not start up.
I contacted the support team and James was very helpful and patient. Over a number of days cloning was attempted again, different software was installed for another attempt and then a boot stick drive was sent to me for another attempt. All avenues were exhausted but no success.
So the items were returned at no cost and I received a full refund promptly.
Although the install was not successful, i have to give top marks to the support team for customer service.
They quickly confirmed the memory type I required to upgrade my HP mini. Great service and price. Also delivery time to WA was good. No problem with purchase.

For this SSD it is very good and I'm using it as C: Drive.
The only problem I faced was the cloning, It did not as I was expecting, for this reason I have to install the system from the bigging, every other thing was very good.
