How to get support
We are probably the only online store in the world to say this to their customers: please call.
We mean it.
If you have a problem, sometimes it is easier to call the office and we can work out a solution quickly. Our phone number goes straight to our office, not a call centre. We do use an answering service to take messages when we are too busy to talk or outside office hours.
