Please refer to your OEM, system or other component vendor's technical specifications for additional information. An Intel Core i7-5800/5900 series processor is required for HyperX memory. Kingston recommends installing modules in kits of four (K4) for Quad Channel mode. Depending on which processor you install, different memory modules are required. Intel Xeon processors require ECC UDIMM or RDIMMs. Intel Core i7 processors require non-ECC UDIMM. Faster memory will clock down to run at optimal speed depending on processor model installed.
