Your question 1 is not so useful. By combining product and service in the one question the feedback you get does not tell you much about either. I have a 5. That was 4/5 for product, and 1 out of 5 for service. The service issue was that the wrong item was sent to me (and to someone else, our orders were accidentally swapped). That was not really a problem, I understand that things like that can happen. But how it was handled was poor - I was overseas, so was unaware I had received the wrong package. The other person contacted your team as soon as he received the wrong item, and he sent it back to you, getting his correct item item in the next couple of days. Despite this, no-one contacted me to say I had been sent the wrong item. Nothing. I had to wait until I got back to Australia to find out myself (some 2 weeks after the kid-up was known). As I was in Australia only for 2 days before departing, I have yet to actually collect my item. Has caused me hours of grief that could have been avoided by a simple email from your end. I still cannot fathom how it was missed.
