This is an Upgradeable kit that has everything you need to upgrade to an SSD using our fresh install or Time Machine restore method, as outlined in our ultimate guide for upgrading your iMac with a SSD drive
 

Essentially this kit is the iMac 27 inch OWC servicing kit and we have added a bracket to convert the new SSD into the hard drive 3.5 inch space. If you are going to replace your HDD with a new SSD this is the only kit you need, plus a new SSD!

What is missing? The cloning cable. This is because for a fresh install or Time Machine restore you do not need a cloning cable.

We have had the same warranty since year 2000. It has never varied or been modified. Our competitors have played catch up and matched our warranty but they can never match our service. We don't provide a lifetime warranty as a gimmick, it is a statement on the values of our company, our goal of exceptional customer service and the quality of the products we supply.

SSD warranty (3 to 5 year )
Unlike RAM, an SSD has limited write cycles, so it will eventually wear out. However, it will take 10 years or more to wear out an SSD! Warranty varies from 3 to 5 years, please check the SSDs description. Our faulty SSD return policy is to make it as simple as possible for the customer. We will replace faulty drives as soon as they are returned.

Our money back guarantee is about your assurance that our upgrades will make a difference. If is not about how many days, it is about customer service and trust. We have had the same guarantees for 20+ years because they are sustainable. We have had to make some modifications. We now reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee. This is because the credit card processing fee is non refundeable to us, which means the bank keeps their charges. A refund costs us 5%.
