We have had the same warranty since year 2000. It has never varied or been modified. Our competitors have played catch up and matched our warranty but they can never match our service. Five year SSD warranty (3 year OWC Aura)
Unlike RAM, an SSD has limited write cycles, so it will eventually wear out. The Crucial MX500 is rated to last 360TB of write cycles. You would have to write 200GB every day for five years to wear it out! The new warranty for the MX500 SSD is five years. Our faulty SSD return policy is to make it as simple as possible for the customer. We will replace faulty drives as soon as they are returned. Please note older Crucial drives have a 3 year warranty and some OWC Aura SSD drives we sell have a 3 year warranty. The new Aura Pro X has a 5 year warranty.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee
When we started Upgradeable, we needed to assure customers our RAM would make a difference. What if the RAM upgrade did not speed up your computer? The answer is you can return the memory for a full refund. We chose 14 days because we thought that was a reasonable time frame. We have never refused a refund that has been a reasonable time past 14 days, such as 21 days or 30 days. If you are not happy with the RAM upgrade, we don't want to make your day worse by saying no to a refund. In fact, everything we list we stock, so if you dont want it, we restock it. This is a point in difference to most Kingston resellers. They don't stock the product, they are selling from someone else's warehouse. Which is why they don't like refunds.

Great support

I purchased one of these for an old Lenovo. It arrived the next day. I had some issues cloning and was able to ring up and have someone assist me immediately. 2 hours later the SSD had been cloned to and installed and the old Lenovo is running great.

Minor customer service issue

First it would be best to separate the first question into 2. Ask about the product and then ask about the service. The reason is that the product may be great and the service could be lacking. The reason for me replying this way is because I ran into some issues and called for assistance. My name and number were taken but as of today I have received no contact. I contacted your company over 3 weeks ago. So the service is extremely lacking and based on that I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.
