SSD warranty (3 to 5 year )
Unlike RAM, an SSD has limited write cycles, so it will eventually wear out. However, it will take 10 years or more to wear out an SSD! Warranty varies from 3 to 5 years, please check the SSDs description. Our faulty SSD return policy is to make it as simple as possible for the customer. We will replace faulty drives as soon as they are returned.

Our money back guarantee is about your assurance that our upgrades will make a difference. If is not about how many days, it is about customer service and trust. We have had the same guarantees for 20+ years because they are sustainable. We have had to make some modifications. We now reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee. This is because the credit card processing fee is non refundeable to us, which means the bank keeps their charges. A refund costs us 5%.

excellent package; but for iMac 14,1's missing an essential tool.

This kit was such good value for what it enables you to do; I was able to replace the treacle-slow HDD with a crucial mx500 SATA-SSD, as well as fully upgrade the system RAM. But there is one particular tool missing that I feel is an oversight: to take off the exhaust housing, and by extension the motherboardyou need a Torx T8 screwdriver, as well as a Torx T10. I feel that this should definitely be bundled along with everything else in this kit. Surely it wouldn't increase costs by too much.

Thank you for your feedback. I believe the kit includes a Torx T10s(security), which of course can be used as a Torx T10 as it would be compatible with both applications. I will have the team bundle in the T8 on all future orders to assist with these SSD upgrades.
