SSD warranty (3 to 5 year )
Unlike RAM, an SSD has limited write cycles, so it will eventually wear out. However, it will take 10 years or more to wear out an SSD! Warranty varies from 3 to 5 years, please check the SSDs description. Our faulty SSD return policy is to make it as simple as possible for the customer. We will replace faulty drives as soon as they are returned.

Our money back guarantee is about your assurance that our upgrades will make a difference. If is not about how many days, it is about customer service and trust. We have had the same guarantees for 20+ years because they are sustainable. We have had to make some modifications. We now reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee. Excellent service and technical advice. I discussed the proposed upgrade with Keith, and followed his recommendations with the purchase and installation.
The order arrived 3 days ahead of the ETA, and the installation was what I would rate as a "non event" which took me a total time of less than 10 minutes.
The computer restarted with no dramas, and I am now enjoying a much faster response. I now have a total RAM capacity of 80GB compared with my original 16 GB.
