Max is 3gb using 1x1gb and 1x2gb module. Here is the link for the 2gb module

Could I install either a PC2-5300 DDR2 667 MHz or PC2-6400 DDR2 800 MHz?
Will the performance be the same?

You must use 667mhz in 2007.
