1. Browse through the configurator for your computer model and select your desired memory upgrades.
2. Choose a shipping method and fill out your personal information and payment details.

To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, select the
Remove Icon of the product you wish to delete.
To adjust the item quantity for a selected product, enter in the new value in the quantity text box. The totals will be updated immediately, however to confirm your change, select the
Update Cart button.
Most credit cards, such as
Visa and
Mastercard, have a three-digit CVV number printed in the signature space on the back. It is always the last 3 digits of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card. Please keep in mind that it is NOT part of your regular credit card number.
American Express cards have a four-digit CCV number printed on the front of the card.
If you do not have a credit card, you can pay by Bank Deposit. To pay by Bank Deposit, select it as your
Payment Method, once your order has been placed you will be emailed instructions which will include our account details. Your order will be processed once payment for your order has been cleared, this can take up to 2 days.

Our Australian website ships worldwide! If your country is not listed, please contact us or choose a country nearby and tell us the correct country in the customer notes. We do have a local website in
New Zealand
We can ship your order with a point to point courier that will collect your order from our office in Pymble and take it directly to you. Please call us 1800-289-726 for a quote on this service. It is recommended that you contact us prior to placing your order. If you are in either Melbourne or Brisbane we do have access to AAE's Next Flight service which can deliver your order same day.
Once payment has cleared for your order it will be processed and dispatched by our Operations department on the same day of your order. Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3PM (Sydney) with the exception of our Courier (Syd/Melb/Bris Metro) shipping option which is 9:45AM (Sydney) for same day delivery to the Sydney Metropolitan area.
If the product you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified immediately with an expected ETA on when your order will be dispatched from our warehouse.
If you place an order after 3PM (Sydney) or on a weekend, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.
This email is to confirm that we have finished processing your order and it is currently with the shipping company. The delivery time frame of your order package will depend on which shipping option you have selected as well as your location. Both the shipping options we offer have online tracking services, please visit

Once you have received the
