Warranty

• Lifetime warranty, which means Upgradeable memory can be returned at any time for replacement or repair. The exception is Flash memory which has a minimum 12 month warranty.
• You have a money back guarantee, which means you can return the memory for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied in anyway.
• Our upgrades do not void the manufacturer's warranty.

Australia Express Post Free Shipping Offer

• Only applies to deliveries within Australia and the Australian postal network.
• Australian capital cities and most major regional areas are delivered next business day - Australia Post Next Business Day Postcodes Table.
• For all post codes not listed on the Australia Post website, please allow an extra business day for delivery.
• Cut off time for same day shipping is 3pm, weekdays.

Payment Methods

• We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
• Payment can also be via bank deposit - these details are generated at checkout when the bank deposit option is selected. See Conditions of Sale and Use.

Stock

• Most items are in stock and are shipped by close of business when payment has been confirmed.
• Backordered items are shipped every Monday afternoon. You will be notified immediately if your purchase is put into backorder.

Tax

• All prices quoted are including GST (Goods and Services Tax), which is 10% under Australian law.
• Overseas shipping charges do not include import or custom duties that may apply to your country.
