Warranty

• Lifetime warranty, which means Upgradeable memory can be returned at any time for replacement or repair. The exception is our Flash and Solid-State Drive Products which have a minimum one year warranty.
• You have a money back guarantee, which means you can return the memory for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied in anyway.
• Our upgrades do not void the manufacturer's warranty.
• Stress free replacement and return policy.

Australia Express Post Free Shipping Offer

• Only applies to deliveries within Australia and the Australian postal network.
• Next Business Day delivery is available to Australian capital cities and most major regional areas - See the Australia Post Next Business Day Postcodes Table for details.
  
• For all postcodes not listed on the Australia Post Next Business Day Postcodes Table, please allow an extra business day for delivery.
• Cut off time for same day shipping is 2:30pm (Sydney time), weekdays.

Payment Methods

• We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
• Payment can also be via bank deposit - these details are generated at checkout when the bank deposit option is selected. See Conditions of Sale and Use.
• Government departments and corporations can set up trading terms. Use our Contact page to request further details and an application.

Stock

• Most items are in stock and are shipped by close of business when payment has been confirmed.
• Backorders are shipped every Monday afternoon (Tuesday, if it is a Public Holiday). If your product is on backorder, you will be notified by email with an ETA. Although your credit card is charged, you are entitled to cancel the order at anytime and have your card fully refunded. We do not charge a cancellation fee or restocking fee.

Tax

• All prices quoted are including GST (Goods and Services Tax), which is 10% under Australian law.
• Overseas shipping charges do not include import or custom duties that may apply to your country.
